Administrator (INCUS Project) – Deafness Support Network

Fixed term 18-month contract
Based in Northwich
22 hours per week
£10,266.08 per annum

We require a professional & approachable individual with strong administrative skills, drive & a positive attitude, able to work on own initiative, to aid successful launch of our new INCUS programme.

‘INClude US’ (INCUS) is a new programme aimed at improving inclusivity and service provision for sensory loss in various sectors (care, retail, health services etc.). You will work closely with the Head of Research, Health and Care partnerships as well as INCUS project trainers, as an overall coordinator for the day to day running of the programme. This will involve contacting clients and professionals, advocating the INCUS programme, organising training schedules, booking training appointments, audits & inspections for clients, as well as sending and receiving invoices for payment.

As this post involves communicating with D/deaf people, you should preferably have a certificate in BSL Level 1, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge; this is not essential as full training will be given.
