Senior Officer – 39.38 hrs p/w
Salary £19,623.16 rising to £20,123.16 p/a after 6 months
Based in Northwich

We are a Disability Confident employer with a vibrant Supported Living service in Northwich for D/deaf & Deaf Blind Adults with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour and other complex needs. With support from the Executive, Compliance, Finance and Health and Safety Administrators, you will be responsible for a team of Support Workers and the Tenants they support, overseeing day & night shifts to ensure compliance to CQC standards of care. Experience in a previous role, or one managing a small/large team of people is essential.

In this professional role, you will demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for D/deaf, Deaf Blind and hard of hearing people. Communication is in BSL, therefore a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
