The journey is a passage and reflection,a departure and arrival. In the selection of short films journeys cross the border between life and death, between self and others, between vibrant stories and attentive ears and between intergenerational rituals. The point of arrival is the surface of the water that in all selected shorts leaves characters with questions, doubts and a promise of different beginnings. Once confronted with the current, past, present and future merge and we, as characters, or spectators remain the anchor points, held together by the act of viewing.
