Job Title: Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: Leeds
Salary:  £10.36 Per Hour
Hours: 9:30pm until 08:00AM

SignHealth have some very exciting news, we are opening a brand new Service in Leeds!

We want you to join us!

We have Full Time and Part Time roles to offer.

You will start with us on a 12 week training programme to learn about your key role at SignHealth.

We welcome applications from Deaf, BSL Users and hearing people with a serious commitment to learning BSL.

You will take on the exciting challenge of providing high quality health and social care support to Deaf individuals, many of whom who have mental health conditions.

We are looking for independent, dynamic, compassionate and hardworking individuals who are able to support individuals who are living in our community to help them become as independent as possible.

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be expected to ensure the safety of the people we support and to ensure people are supported to gain a good night’s sleep, monitoring any concerns in relation to disturbed sleep patterns and following relevant support plans designed to promote sleep and wellbeing.

You will need to remain awake whilst on shift and will need to deliver a high standard of care and support. Sleeping on duty is not permitted at any time.
